Married With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I enjoy writing, and was the editor for the college news paper. I mostly enjoy writing about cooking. Both of my Grandfathers were excellent cooks. One was good at holiday dishes like turkey & ham, while the other made very labor intensive Puerto Rican dishes from scratch, and a sugar cane "shine," that fermented and stunk but tasted great!
